Personal data controller
The controller of personal data is UH Tax & Business Advisory Prosta Spółka Akcyjna w organizacji, with its registered office in the Capital City of Warsaw (00-515), at ul. Żurawia 32/24, hereinafter referred to as the Company.
In the course of its business activities, the Company collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
- providing services offered by the Company and performing contracts,
- complying with legal obligations relating to tax and accounting data,
- handling complaints and pursuing or defending against mutual claims,
- recruitment and employment.
Your rights
Individuals whose personal data is processed have the following rights:
- the right to information,
- the right of access to personal data,
- the right to rectification of personal data,
- the right to erasure of personal data,
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to object, which may be exercised, among other circumstances, if you do not wish to receive marketing communications from the Company.

The Company will process and retain personal data for as long as necessary to perform the legal engagement or for the period required by applicable law.
Disclosure of personal data to other entities
Recipients of personal data may include contractors providing management, accounting, marketing and legal services to the Company.
